These next versions of Felix where missing in the configuration, I needed Felix 6.0.2 so that I could launch under Java 9 / 10 / 11 . I have added what is needed in this pull request.
PS: could not log to create a ticket in https://ops4j1.jira.com/jira/software/c/projects/PAXRUNNER, I guess I have to be invited, could not find how.
